Tassel Ridge Winery presents Wine & Wood Fired Oven Barbeque

Tonight Chef Frank is cooking Barbecue in the Tassel Ridge Wood Fired Oven! Come at 6pm for wine tasting, then at 6:30 dinner begins with a Romaine, Red Pepper, Roasted Corn, Avocado, and Ancho-Honey Vinaigrette Salad paired with Tassel Ridge La Crescent followed an Oven Roasted Chicken Breast served with Smoked Sausage and Tassel Ridge Iowa St. Croix Barbecue Sauce, Oven Baked Beans, Mac ‘n Cheese, and Cornbread with Honey-Butter and paired with Tassel Ridge 2008 Iowa St. Croix. The evening ends on a sweet note with a slice of German Chocolate Cake! Advance prepaid, non-refundable reservations required by 3pm on Thursday, June 9.
