Tassel Ridge Winery presents Wine & Thrill of the Grill Dinner

Tonight Chef Frank is grilling steak! Dinner begins with a Mixed Greens, Strawberry, Feta, Pistachio, and Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad paired with Tassel Ridge La Crescent. Then, Chef Frank will grill a New York Strip to order for you and serve it with your choice of two sides, Italian Potato Salad, Three Bean Salad, Coleslaw, or Macaroni Salad, paired with Tassel Ridge 2013 Iowa Marquette. A Vanilla Pots de Crème with Peach Sauce ends the evening on a sweet note!
