Dinner begins with a Caprese Chopped Salad with Romaine, Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella, and Fresh Basil paired with Tassel Ridge La Crescent. Chef Frank will then prepare your pasta to order. Choose Butternut Squash Ravioli with Chicken, Mushrooms, and Brown Butter paired with Tassel Ridge Iowa Candleglow® White or Spaghetti and Chef Frank’s Meatballs paired with Tassel Ridge Pizzeria & Pasta Too!®. Tassel Ridge Chocolate Granfinalé™ Tiramisu ends the evening on a sweet note! Come early for wine tasting at 6pm, then dinner seating begins at 6:30pm.
