Tassel Ridge Winery presents Wine & Pasta al Forno

Tonight it’s Pasta al Forno from our Wood Fired Oven. Come at 6pm for wine tasting, then dinner starts at 6:30pm with a Caprese Salad made with Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella, Fresh Basil, and Balsamic paired with Tassel Ridge La Crescent. Then choose Lasagna Bolognese paired with Tassel Ridge Pizzeria & Pasta Too!® or Cheese Tortellini with Pesto Cream Sauce paired with Tassel Ridge Iowa White Blossom. A Tassel Ridge Mudslide made with Chocolate Granfinalé™ ends the evening on a sweet note! Advance prepaid, non-refundable reservations required by Thursday, July 28.
