Tassel Ridge Winery presents Pacific Rim Dinner

Tonight, Chef Frank takes items from different cuisines and fuses them together to create his Pacific Rim Menu! Dinner begins with a Mixed Green Salad with Edamame, Avocado, Orange Segments, Cilantro, and Toasted Sesame Vinaigrette paired with Tassel Ridge La Crescent followed by Jalapeño Orange Glazed Salmon served with Wild Rice and Thai Green Beans paired with Tassel Ridge Iowa Marquette Rosé. The evening ends on a decadent note with a Caramelized Pineapple and Toasted Coconut Ice Cream Stack paired Tassel Ridge Oskyfizzante® Iowa White. Come early for wine tasting at 6pm, then dinner seating begins at 6:30pm.  Advance prepaid, non-refundable reservations required by 3pm on Wednesday, June 22.
