For nearly two years the Pella Area Development Corporation (PADCO) has been working with a team of faculty from Central College to answer the question “From an Economic Development perspective, what should Pella do over the next two decades to remain a vibrant and growing community?” Dr. Andrew Green and his team studied 372 communities similar in size to Pella, and will join us to go over their findings and most influencing factors for Pella’s success.
