Push yourself to the limit!
This class will teach you mental toughness, team comradery, and will power to push through challenging workouts, while forming a bond with those around you as you work towards a healthier life. There is always a great variety of different workouts with Instructor Chad. Classes will contain cardio drills, muscle toning and circuits. Whether your goal is to lose weight or improve performance there is something here for you!
