Newton Village, 110 N 5th Ave W, will host their annual Trick-Or-Treat Trail on Monday, October 31, 2016 from 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
The trick or treat trail will begin in the IL entryway, continue down the AL hallway into the Healthcare center.
