Managing a remote workforce is different than a team all in the same physical location.  Tools, communications, company culture and processes all play a critical role.  Lana Fox, CEO of ClinicNote has built a company that runs primarily virtual with all of the team members separated physically.  Join us to hear from Lana her process, tips, lessons learned and all of the tools she and her team use to run smoothly while remote.
