The Pella Chamber is proud to partner with ATW Training Solutions to offer leadership training for our members and their employees to further develop the leadership skills within your current workforce in 2016. All classes are limited to 24 participants. This class will focus on:
Time Management and Goal Setting: More than a time management course, this workshop will show you how to manage your workflow so you can be more productive with less stress and teach you how to set SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely) goals that lead to individual departmental, and organizational success. In this session you will:
- Use a simple system to capture all the “stuff” you have to do
- Process your email and paper inboxes to zero very day
- Identify the key characteristics of effective goal setting
- Discuss how to involve team members in establishing personal goals
