Event Description:
WARNING: This is not your typical Chamber Luncheon. We will be focusing on downtown restaurants and the local food initiatives each brings to our downtown culinary culture. Hear from the owners and chefs what makes them unique and on the cutting edge of Culinary Tourism. Each luncheon will be a 2-3 course meal with a presentation about the food presented. Spots are limited.
This month we will be featuring the Wakonda Club
Menu
1st course – Watermelon & Tomato Salad (Arugula, julienne red onion, feta cheese, balsamic syrup, basil oil)
2nd Course – Smoked Bone-In Pork Loin Chop with sweet corn pudding, sautéed baby greens, bacon & shallots, templeton rye BBQ Sauce
3rd course – Rustic apple tart with “Over the Top” Vanilla bean ice cream, salted caramel sauce
